천정면에서 내린 unit에서 직접gas를 도입하는 것으로 수술실, 분만실, 미숙아실등 호스가 상면을 지나 치료상의 장애가 되는 결점을 없애기 위한 경우 혹은 벽형을 설치할수 없는 경우에 사용되는 장치입니다.
